Energy Fitness is proud to announce our new “KID-FIT/TEEN-FIT” Performance Fitness Program. KID-FIT/TEEN-FIT is a specifically designed fitness program developed by energy fitness owner Steven Mitchell (B.S. Exercise Physiology, CSCS) and Strength & Conditioning Coach Nick Manoy (B.S. Exercise Science, CSCS).
The KID-FIT/TEEN-FIT 10 week program will effectively help your children develop:

Participant’s (Boy’s & Girl’s) will be given General and Sports Specific Athletic Training within a structured fitness program implemented by our Educated, Experienced and Knowledgeable Fitness Professionals. KID-FIT (Boys & Girls pre-teen age 9-12yrs) and TEEN-FIT(Boys & Girls Teen age 13-16yrs) will be given guided instruction in:
