What is H.I.I.T Training? (Fee Based Program)
H.I.I.T. Training or High Intensity Interval Training is an INTENSE, EFFECTIVE & SAFE approach to Full Body Dynamic Workouts!
H.I.I.T. workouts use a system of repeated bouts of HIGH INTENSITY exercise combined with bouts of LOWER INTENSITY exercise! It is basically a muscle building and developing exercise followed by a lower intensity exercise, allowing for active muscle Recovery.
H.I.I.T. training will incorporate various techniques for building & toning ALL muscle groups. This training stimulates your entire body, allowing you to burn calories at a HIGH RATE and speed up the FAT BURNING PROCESS! H.I.I.T. Training is a challenging and exciting approach to FULL BODY FITNESS!
H.I.I.T. Training will Include:
- Grinder Push Sleds
- Detonator Pull Sleds
- Tire Flips
- Sledgehammer Slams
- Speed, Agility & Balance Training
- TRX Suspension Band Training, Resistance Bands, Box Jumps, etc. etc… And we do mean etc!!!
Jose P. is a Master Instructor in H.I.I.T. Performance Training! He brings an educated, experienced, challenging and stimulating approach to Energy Fitness’s H.I.I.T. Training Program.

H.I.I.T Training with Jose P. takes place on Wednesdays @9:15am and Saturdays @8:15am.
Cost is $25 Per Class or 10 Class Package for $200 (plus tax).
